  • Experience: 7+ years of JDE EnterpriseOne experience
  • Industry: CPG / Manufacturing / Supply Chain
  • Focus: JDE EnterpriseOne, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory & Order Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis initiatives across JDE EnterpriseOne.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, design, testing, and implementation.
  • Optimize manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and order management processes.
  • Collaborate with JDE developers on enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 JDE application support.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support user training, documentation, mentoring, and change management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne.
  • Strong experience with JDE Manufacturing.
  • Strong experience with JDE Order Management (OM).
  • Strong experience with JDE Inventory.
  • Full-cycle JDE implementation and integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with OMW, Orchestrator, UDOs, and Business Functions.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • CPG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industry experience.
  • Experience with ReportsNow or other JDE reporting tools.
  • Ancillary application integration and support experience.
  • Visio / process mapping experience.
  • Mentoring or team leadership experience.
