WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The JCMG Center for Well-Being is expanding its team and seeking a passionate, licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, integrative medical setting where mental health is prioritized as part of whole-person care.

SHIFT
Center for Well-Being Clinic hours:
  • Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
Full-time opportunity available:
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, flexible scheduling options with no weekends!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide psychotherapeutic services to individuals across their lifespan
  • Collaborate with other clinical providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and hospital policy
  • Participate in consultation and collaboration opportunities across Jefferson City Medical Group
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current, active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical therapeutic experience in a medical setting
  • Strong communication skills, clinical judgement, and a collaborative spirit
  • A commitment to ethical, person-centered care and professional development

COMPENSATION
Total compensation for this position is a combination of a competitive base salary with productivity incentives.
  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
  • Productivity bonus paid on a quarterly basis
