What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cashier at Jaws Topokki, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assisting customers with menu selections and ensuring their orders are accurate.
  • Operate the POS system to take orders and process transactions accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit payments following proper procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
  • Ensure orders are properly labeled and handed to the correct customers
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order flow
