Overall Purpose of Job: <\/span><\/b><\/span>

\n Assistance to the CEO and the president<\/b><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n
\n Administration: <\/span><\/b>travel and expense management; budget recording, tracking and monitoring; conference and guest scheduling and management.  Some executive level telephone support and document management.<\/span><\/span>

Tokyo Liaison<\/span><\/b>: translation of key documents; interface with senior management ( US, Tokyo)<\/span><\/span>

\n          Proficient computer skills and in\-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
