Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
1- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Originally opening the concept in Chicago in 2011 and expanding to Ann Arbor in 2014, Slurping Turtle combines unique ingredients, recipes and presentation in addition to making homemade ramen noodles in house.
