As a Zuma Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead and support the management team, drive financial performance, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
