Role: Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email))

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6-12 months

Skills Required:

  • Must be fluent in verbal and written in English and any one  (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese)
  • Previous experience in customer service - prefer email support experience
  • Native Speaker
  • Must have lived in locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or a frequent traveler to Native 
  • Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese)
  • Undergraduate Degree required
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • 1-2 years of work experience
