Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Do you enjoy serving and engaging with customers? Are you interested in popular Japanese food culture? If so, come work at the Bay Area’s only award-winning, authentic Japanese curry restaurant in the Marina District!
Nippon Curry is looking for a cheerful, hard-working, high-energy, positive-minded, cashier/server. You’ll be responsible for taking customers' orders for dine-in and takeout, expediting orders, bussing tables, and keeping the restaurant clean.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers in a warm, cheerful manner, providing high-level customer service.
  • Taking food orders and suggestive selling.
  • Clearing dishes, wiping tables, and sweeping floors.
  • Accepting payment and giving correct change to the customer.
  • Stocking items and handling inventory.
  • The restaurant is open for business everyday.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Able to do basic math and handle cash.
  • Able to open and/or close the restaurant.
  • Able to stand for extended durations of time.
  • Able to connect with customers.
