Position Overview:

Integrity Facility Services is seeking a reliable and professional Lead Cleaner to oversee janitorial operations at Word of Faith Church. This position requires a strong leader who can manage cleaning staff, ensure quality standards are met, and represent our company with excellence in a faith-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company and client standards
  • Perform general cleaning duties including:
  • Restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding site needs or concerns
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained
  • Be available to work special events and additional days as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior cleaning experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and special events
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
