Are you an experienced General Manager in the janitorial industry looking for a great new career opportunity?
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
  • Directing and coordinating daily janitorial operations across multiple sites or clients. 
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency and quality. 
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. 
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment. 
Personnel Management:
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising janitorial staff. 
  • Assist with managing employee schedules, time and attendance, and performance evaluations. 
  • Providing guidance, support, and disciplinary action when needed. 
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
Client Relations:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 
  • Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Seeking feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement. 
Financial Management:
  • Assist with managing the budget for the janitorial services department. 
  • Monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability. 
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 
Business Development:
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients. 
  • Participating in sales activities, such as networking and presentations. 
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in janitorial or facility management, including supervisory experience.
