About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our facilities and grounds are well-maintained and organized.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain a clean and orderly facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas
  • Perform heavy-duty and routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sweeping
  • Empty trash receptacles and restock restrooms with supplies
  • Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed
  • Ensure building security by checking and locking doors and monitoring safety protocols
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Director promptly
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and request additional supplies when needed
  • Proactively identify areas needing attention and take initiative to address them
