Their duties typically include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and sometimes performing minor repairs. Full time janitors help ensure that environments are clean, safe, and presentable for everyone who uses the space. They may work during the day or at night, depending on the needs of the facility. Janitors play a vital role in maintaining the health and hygiene of public and private spaces.
