Job description

 Full-Time Janitorial Floor Technician

3rd shift-6pm-2am

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Supervisor experience required, Stripping and waxing floors

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various client locations to provide shift coverage, assist with staffing needs, and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Floor care experience, as well as prior supervisory experience, is required.

Open availability is required.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Perform floor care services, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
  • Assist with coverage at multiple locations as needed
  • Complete other janitorial and cleaning duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous floor care experience, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Dependable with a strong attendance record
  • Professional attitude and customer-service mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience
