The Pediatrician provides comprehensive pediatric care while supporting the clinical, operational, and quality goals of Jane Pauley Community Health Center. This role combines direct patient care with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting
• Deliver patient-centered care consistent with organizational standards and evidence-based practices
• Maintain full-time, on-site pediatric coverage as assigned
• Provide medical direction and supervision to clinical staff and other care team members working under your oversight
• Participate in shared call coverage with fellow Pediatricians
• Support patient satisfaction and engagement initiatives
• Participate in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care programs
• Coordinate referrals and care transitions to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, care management, and other interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated, whole-person care
• Support organizational efforts to improve access, quality, and patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
• Participate in quality improvement, utilization review, and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with practice leadership to support efficient clinical operations and workflow improvements
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and orientation of new providers when needed
• Participate in medical staff meetings, committees, and organizational quality programs
• Support fiscally responsible care delivery through quality assurance and utilization management activities
• Contribute to team-based care models that improve outcomes, care coordination, and the patient experience

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics)
• Active Indiana Medical License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Active DEA and Indiana Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations

• Experience practicing in an FQHC, community health center, or other safety-net healthcare setting
