This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales, operational leadership, and team development. Your Role at a Glance:

As Regional Director, you will be the cornerstone of our operations in Las Vegas, leading a cross-functional team dedicated to growing and supporting our network of JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting franchisees. From driving new business development to reinforcing customer retention strategies, your role will blend high-level strategy with hands-on leadership.

Success in this position is measured by franchisee performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth across the region.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Sales Leadership & Market Growth

  • Lead commercial sales initiatives, including prospecting, lead management, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Establish and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and team execution.

Franchise Operations & Support

  • Assist with recruiting and mentoring new franchisees, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and territory alignment.
  • Oversee ongoing franchisee performance and provide business coaching to ensure service excellence and profitability.

Team Management & Development

  • Direct and develop internal team members across operations, sales, and support functions.
  • Set clear expectations, provide real-time feedback, and conduct structured performance evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Retention & Field Execution

  • Maintain high customer retention by supporting regular client outreach, service reviews, and on-site visits.
  • Ensure that all service delivery aligns with brand standards and exceeds client expectations.

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor team workflows and adherence to organizational protocols.
  • Use performance data and key metrics to guide decisions and drive efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and business operations, preferably in a B2B or service-driven environment.
  • A strong foundation in sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication) required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve challenges proactively and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent military, operational, or entrepreneurial experience will be considered.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a franchise model or with small business owners.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and implementing scalable workflows.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate team trainings.
