Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Jira & eazyBI Architecture Serve as the Lead Expert for Jira reporting, utilizing eazyBI to create sophisticated MDX calculations, custom dimensions, and automated report distributions.
  • Power BI Ecosystem Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards that integrate Jira data with broader enterprise datasets for a holistic view of organizational health.
  • Database Management Query and manage back-end data sources to ensure data integrity; perform ETL-like functions to prep information for visualization.
  • Process Optimization Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, optimizing Jira workflows to capture the "right" data for reporting.
  • Strategic Delivery Work closely with Deloitte leadership to provide predictive analytics on project velocity, capacity planning, and financial burn rates.

Qualifications
  • Expert-Level Jira Knowledge Deep understanding of Jira Software, including advanced workflows, custom fields, and API integrations.
