Position Type: Permanent | Physician – Orthopedic Surgery

A hospital in Sullivan, Missouri is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-demand, multi-specialty clinic with a strong referral base. The facility offers modern operating rooms, advanced technology, and robust specialty support.

Practice Highlights

Join a well-established, multi-specialty clinic located on the hospital campus.

Collaborate with two current orthopedic surgeons and other providers.

Flexibility to shape your practice across consults, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.

Perform inpatient care or collaborate with hospitalists for coverage.

Flexible call rotation and weekend coverage.

Epic EMR system for documentation and communication.

Work closely with experienced CRNAs and on-campus specialty support.

Participate in teaching and mentoring APPs and clinic staff.

State-of-the-art facilities including ORs, ER, therapy/wellness center, and wound care services.

HPSA score location – J1 visa sponsorship available.

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery – REQUIRED

Missouri Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

DEA, CSR/CDS – REQUIRED (must be active prior to start)

Minimum 2 years of orthopedic surgery experience – REQUIRED (2–5 years preferred)

Clean malpractice & license history highly preferred

Eligibility for visa support (J1) considered

Strong commitment to safe, patient-centered care

Schedule & Coverage

Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical procedures

Flexible call rotation with weekend coverage
