Daily Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Ensuring food quality and consistency
- Managing kitchen operations
- Overseeing back of house staff
- Managing food cost and inventory
Required Skills:
- Leadership Experience in culinary arts
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Experience in fine dining and catering
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in restaurant management
- Menu development experience
- Knowledge of labor cost management
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
