IVR Quality Assurance (IVR QA) refers to the process of evaluating and monitoring Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to ensure they function correctly and provide a positive user experience. IVR QA specialists help organizations optimize their automated phone systems by detecting errors, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
