An IVR Designer is a professional who creates and optimizes Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems used in telephone customer service. Their responsibilities include designing call flows, scripting automated voice prompts, and ensuring a seamless and user-friendly caller experience. They work closely with developers and business teams to align IVR systems with customer needs and company goals. IVR Designers often use specialized software to prototype, test, and refine these automated interactions.
