Opportunity OverviewPosition: Associate Laboratory Director
Location: Newport Beach, California
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $230,000 - $250,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Quality & ComplianceLead quality improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
Maintain compliance with internal policies and risk management practices
Team & Performance ManagementOversee hiring, training, and evaluation of laboratory personnel
Manage team performance and accountability
Optimize staffing and resource allocation
Support employee development and engagement
Collaboration & StrategyPartner with physicians to improve treatment plans using lab data
Build relationships with external scientific and academic partners
Contribute to strategic initiatives and organizational growth
Financial & Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage laboratory budget and expenses
Support revenue growth initiatives
Participate in annual financial planning
