They are responsible for handling and preparing eggs, sperm, and embryos, performing laboratory techniques such as fertilization, embryo culture, and cryopreservation. These professionals play a crucial role in assisting fertility doctors and patients throughout the IVF process, ensuring that laboratory standards are maintained, and that procedures are performed accurately and ethically. Many professionals find that ongoing training and collaboration with colleagues help them navigate these challenges and ensure the highest standards of care.
