Responsibilities:

  • Act as the hands-on technical architect for the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise IT operations
  • Perform hands-on configuration and development across:
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
  • ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
  • ITAM (HAM and SAM)
  • Own CMDB architecture, data models, relationships, and data quality governance
  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flows, and Workflows
  • Lead and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
  • Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and continuous platform improvements
  • Provide technical leadership and code reviews while remaining fully hands-on
  • Work onsite with infrastructure, operations, and IT leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Proven experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design
  • Advanced ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
  • Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
  • Strong ITIL and IT operations background
  • Must be comfortable working onsite and directly supporting operational teams

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, CAD)
  • Experience in large or complex enterprise environments
