The team primarily uses traditional Waterfall project delivery.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously, with occasional larger initiatives.
  • Manage projects through different phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Build, maintain, and update project plans.

  • Healthcare technology
  • AI initiatives
  • Participate in project intake, reporting, and PMO process improvement.
  • Help improve how projects are planned, prioritized, and executed across the organization.

Types of Projects

  • Pharmacy and 340B initiatives
  • AI and agentic AI projects

Required Qualifications

  • Infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft, or facility-related project experience
  • Experience working within a PMO that is still developing and improving its processes

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley area.
