Project Manager
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Project Manager to support its PMO in Bannockburn, IL. This Project Manager will coordinate up to 20 real estate and facilities projects simultaneously, guiding Ambulatory Infusion Suites and Clinics from site selection and construction through grand opening across the U.S. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who can take direction, manage competing priorities, communicate with stakeholders and keep projects moving.
What's the job?
  • Coordinate up to 20 real estate and facilities projects simultaneously from site selection through construction and grand opening
  • Partner with the real estate team to support the development of Ambulatory Infusion Suites and Clinics across the U.S.
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on construction progress, key milestones and site go-live timing
  • Lead the implementation of Procore within the Facilities Project Management team, supporting platform adoption, process standardization and stakeholder engagement
  • Centralize project execution and visibility through effective use of Procore
  • Coordinate with internal teams to supply new sites with essential furnishings and operational materials, including secure shredding bins, hazardous medical waste bins and state and federal labor law postings
  • Support the PMO on real estate and licensing-related initiatives
  • Manage project workstreams, follow up on action items and keep deliverables moving to completion
  • Communicate project updates clearly and consistently across internal teams and stakeholders

What's needed?
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Real estate experience required
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks and independently drive projects forward
  • Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management platforms is a plus
