Responsibilities
- Manage multiple building envelope and cladding projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and revise project drawings as required using CAD software.
- Review shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, fabrication teams, and field crews throughout each phase of the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement timelines, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project budgets, process change orders, and oversee project invoicing.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Travel to project sites throughout the GTA and occasionally across Canada as required.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within the cladding industry.
- Drafting experience is required, with the ability to produce and modify project drawings.
- Proficiency with CAD software and Bluebeam is required.
- Experience with insulated metal panel (IMP) systems is considered a strong asset but is not required.
- Strong understanding of cladding, siding, and exterior envelope systems.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
