Job description

Project Manager
Greater Toronto Area
Full-Time, Permanent
$100,000–$120,000

We have partnered with a well-established cladding contractor in the Greater Toronto Area. Our client is recognized for delivering high-quality exterior façade solutions on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects throughout Ontario.
As the company continues to grow and expand its project portfolio, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This is an existing vacancy created to support that continued growth.
They are looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee projects from initial design and drafting through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects while also being comfortable completing drafting work as part of the project lifecycle. Some travel to project sites will be required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a modern office environment while working on exciting, high-profile construction projects.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple building envelope and cladding projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare and revise project drawings as required using CAD software.
  • Review shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and coordination.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, fabrication teams, and field crews throughout each phase of the project.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement timelines, and material deliveries.
  • Monitor project budgets, process change orders, and oversee project invoicing.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the GTA and occasionally across Canada as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within the cladding industry.
  • Drafting experience is required, with the ability to produce and modify project drawings.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and Bluebeam is required.
  • Experience with insulated metal panel (IMP) systems is considered a strong asset but is not required.
  • Strong understanding of cladding, siding, and exterior envelope systems.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $100,000–$120,000
  • Performance bonus
  • Car package
  • Comprehensive benefits package
If you're looking for an opportunity to manage projects from concept through completion while working alongside a talented and collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!
