Job description

Role Overview:
This role requires a hands-on Metering Systems Specialist with strong experience in Itron headend platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and develop Itron headend systems, including Field Collection System (FCS), Temetra, MV90, and UIQ.
  • Support meter onboarding, commissioning, and lifecycle changes.
  • Configure and manage meter definitions, templates, and profiles across different meter types.
  • Troubleshoot issues with missing reads, partial reads, delayed collection, and data anomalies.

Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Itron headend systems.
  • Deep understanding of meter configuration and templates.
  • Experience working with AMI / AMR metering environments.
  • Experience with SQL and UNIX.

Qualifications:
  • Utility industry experience (electric, gas, or water).
  • Experience with SAP IS-U or similar CIS systems.
