We're hiring an Item Maintenance Specialist to join our team! This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and enjoys making sure the information behind the scenes is accurate and running smoothly.
As an Item Maintenance Specialist, you'll help support teams across the organization by maintaining accurate item and SKU data in our systems. You'll work closely with multiple departments to troubleshoot data issues, keep product information up to date, and ensure our teams and customers have access to reliable information.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, hybrid schedules, 3 days in office per week
Compensation: $20-24/hr
What you'll be doing:
  • Setting up and maintaining SKU and item data in Infor
  • Updating product information in our PIM system to ensure accuracy on our ordering site
  • Partnering with other departments to resolve data issues impacting receiving and picking
  • Maintaining substitute and replacement item information based on inventory levels
  • Managing multiple priorities while ensuring details and deadlines don't fall through the cracks

What we're looking for:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Someone who enjoys collaborating and building relationships across teams
  • Strong follow-through and time management
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to think outside the box
  • Previous data entry experience is helpful

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
