SUMMARY: We are seeking an Inventory Control Administrator responsible for entering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and departmental item processing.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience.

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receive and process purchase requests
  • Ensure correct items are received according to requests and invoices
  • Label items with appropriate information
  • Input item information into the inventory system accurately
  • Coordinate with Graders
  • Assist in scheduling, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting physical inventories within the required time
  • Must be able to travel 6-10 times a year for 4-6 days

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

- Word: document formatting, templates, and mail merge

- Excel: spreadsheets, formulas, and data reporting

- Outlook: calendar management, task coordination, and handling high-volume correspondence
