Part Time-Loan Closer(Onsite)
Summary
Agility 360 is searching for an experienced Loan Closer for our internal operations team in the Dallas, TX area. This position will support ourย existing/new clientsย and the ideal candidate will exhibit strong initiative and exceptional customer service skills. This position will be part-time, onsite role which could lead to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
  • Review loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing.
  • Prepare and approve the Closing Disclosure
  • Prepare all closing documents in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with the Broker, Account Executive, and settlement agent to schedule closing date and time.
  • Coordinate with various departments to reconcile any file defects.
  • Calculate loan interest, principal payment, escrow fees, and closing costs prior to closing.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline size of 25 or greater
  • Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of current experience in the Retail mortgage processing industry.
  • Must be able to close 15-18 loans a month as a minimum requirement.
  • Demonstrate high volume productivity.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong people skills and must enjoy working with customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate an OUTSTANDING level of customer service skills.
  • Work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Punctuality is key for customer experience
