Job description

We are looking for dependable Project Assistants to support a short-term Contract assignment in Poway, California. This overnight opportunity is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on retail support tasks and can work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting. The role focuses on organized product handling, accurate item processing, and helping the project stay on schedule across several weekday shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Support overnight project activities by organizing merchandise and applying inventory tags with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with retail floor tasks that help the team complete assignment goals within the scheduled work window.
• Scan, sort, and handle items carefully to maintain orderly inventory records throughout the project.
• Work closely with team members to keep project steps moving according to established timelines and daily targets.
• Follow on-site directions and complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail during overnight shifts.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area while moving through assigned project duties.
• Contribute to project progress by identifying completed work, tracking task status, and preparing remaining items for processing.• Availability to work overnight shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and potentially Thursday into Friday morning.
• Ability to perform light retail support duties, including tagging, scanning, sorting, and handling inventory items.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a team-based project environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic understanding of scheduling priorities and the importance of meeting project timelines.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow instructions throughout a short-term assignment.
• Appropriate work attire, including casual clothing such as jeans and athletic shoes; sweats and yoga pants are not permitted.
