Position Summary
Anchor Loans is seeking a Loan Processor dedicated to processing Debt Service CoverageRatio (DSCR) loans from initial application through funding while maintaining strongrelationships with clients, brokers, and internal/external partners. This individual will manage a pipeline of 20-25 DSCR loans, ensuring accurate data entry, organization ofapplication materials, and timely ordering of all third-party documentation. The roleincludes pre-underwriting DSCR loan files to confirm eligibility, structure, and compliancewith investor guidelines before submission to underwriting. Acting as a central point ofcontact, the Loan Processor provides status updates, resolves conditions efficiently, andsupports a smooth, compliant loan closing process.


Establish and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners to retain
existing business and attract new.
Enter prospective new DSCR loan applications into the loan origination sytem.
Prepare quotes and LOI's as necessary on all loan structures.
Reconcile and organize all application information received and review items forqualification.
Order and secure all third-party documents such as title, credit reports,appraisaland any other items required on the loan files.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal staff, brokers, title companies, etc. to
respond to inquiries, provide status updates and obtain all necessarydocumentation required for the file.
Manage a loan pipeline of 20 to 25 loans, resolving any problems or conditions in anexpeditious manner as the file moves through the process, from initial receiptthrough funding.
Prepare and review mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with investor
guidelines.
Ensure that all loan files submitted to underwriting are complete and accurate. Thisrequires pre-underwriting of the borrower and loan file. (Loan structure, loanterms, cash reserves, borrower experience, escrow/title documentation, and initialevaluation of risk)
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned


Requirements
Experience as a loan processor preferred.
Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
Ability to provide exemplary service to clients and co-workers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously to maintain a highvolume workload in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Candidates should have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask without bingmicro-managed to meet multiple deadlines and work well in a team environment.


Work Environment
The preference is for this role to be a hybrid position which requires office reporting toAnchor's Thousand Oaks, CA offices.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $28-$30/hour plus performance-based bonus.
