Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Falcon Red Operator for our Mail Room in Cincinnati, Ohio. Under the direction of a Team Leader or Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for capturing images of checks and payment posting documents, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring quality processing of transactions.
Pay $18/hr
Hours 8:00am-4:30pm M-F
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Falcon Red image capture equipment.
  • Log in to the Falcon PC and Red module; select appropriate processing options and dates.
  • Start the envelope cutter, extract, and inspect contents.
  • Empty stacker trays; keep documents organized in designated trays.
  • Complete the Deposit Cut Audit Log and manage batch trays.
  • Accurately record process errors on Quality Tracking Sheets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience in item processing or a related field.
  • Strong clerical, reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Proven ability to organize and process information accurately.
  • Prior GLBX Extraction and Batch Prep experience a plus.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously; bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds frequently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, production environment with variable duties based on processing demands.
