We are seeking a Healthcare IT & Operations Specialist to join our team.

Excalibur serves its clients by providing access to its radiology services. You will play a critical role in maintaining the technical infrastructure, supporting remote radiologists, and managing operational systems that keep our practice running efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across technology, operations, and vendor coordination.


Responsibilities

Work with fellow operations staff to:

  • Help manage and maintain local office network devices and ensure system reliability.
  • Provide support to radiologists who work remotely, assisting them with PACS access, workstation setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Process and analyze radiology reading volume data in Excel and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
  • Administer key business applications utilizing PACS, CRM, DocuSign, and scheduling software.
  • Coordinate radiologist coverage logistics when onboarding new clients to ensure seamless service transitions.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding IT products, procurement, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate IT and operations functions to optimize workflow and ensure seamless day-to-day performance.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Eagerness to learn specialized software such as PACS systems
  • Experience with networking/connectivity
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
