We are interested in both entry-level IT professionals that want to learn the world of MSP, and are also considering experienced IT professionals with several years of experience in the field of managing and supporting customer networks. We welcome you to apply to become part of our onsite IT Project Installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit local customer business locations to install and set up new computer hardware.
  • Handle physical installation tasks such as running data cables and securely mounting hardware.
  • Prepare equipment for deployment by loading software, configuring system images, and ensuring readiness for onsite installation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience.

  • Familiarity with MSP tools and customer network management is a PLUS, but not required
