Overview

The IT Tech, CoralTree Home Office provides hands-on, onsite technical support for the CoralTree Home Office in Englewood, CO. This role is the first point of contact for day-to-day technology needs at the Home Office, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and general IT troubleshooting. This role reports to the Eastern Regional Director of IT.

Responsibilities
  • Home Office Technical Support: Serve as the onsite, hands-on IT support resource for all Home Office staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues as they arise.
  • Hardware & Equipment Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, monitors, and other Home Office IT equipment.
  • Network & Connectivity Support: Support day-to-day network connectivity and WiFi at the Home Office, escalating complex issues to the Security & Infrastructure team.
  • New Hire IT Setup: Provision equipment, accounts, and access for new Home Office employees, and manage IT offboarding when employees depart.
  • Software & Application Support: Provide first-line support for common software and applications used at the Home Office, escalating application-specific issues to the Applications team as needed.
  • IT Documentation: Keep documentation current for Home Office IT assets, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with 3rd Party Support and other vendors on issues that require outside involvement.
  • Ticket Management: Track and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, maintaining clear records of issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, common office software, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (e.g., monitors, computers) as needed.
  • Onsite presence at the Englewood Home Office required.
