Job Summary:

The Director of Information Systems & Technology is responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology strategy while ensuring all business systems, infrastructure, data, and technology resources effectively support organizational growth and operational excellence.

This role serves as a strategic business partner to leadership, overseeing technology infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, business intelligence, and process improvement initiatives. The Director will lead the modernization of ILLING Packaging’s technology ecosystem while helping the organization leverage technology, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and customer experience.

As ILLING Packaging continues its digital transformation, this position will play a critical role in creating a scalable technology foundation that supports long-term growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:Technology Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
  • Establish technology governance, standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Develop annual technology budgets and manage technology-related capital investments.
IT Operations & Infrastructure:
  • Oversee all IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, telecommunications, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, performance, and scalability of all technology systems.
  • Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, cybersecurity, and risk management initiatives.
  • Manage technology vendors, service providers, licensing agreements, and support contracts.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
