Job description

Locals only & Only W2 Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Professional to provide direct, hands-on end-user support in a high-touch "Genius Bar / Service Bar" environment. In this role, you will manage local IT operations, maintain core infrastructure, resolve technical escalations, and support site-specific technology across hardware, networking, and audio/visual systems. Key Responsibilities: End-User & Onsite Support: Staff the onsite service bar to provide immediate, high-touch support for PCs, Macs, and Microsoft 365 applications. Infrastructure & Smart Hands: Handle local network patching, OT network support, smart hands assistance, and basic server/hardware maintenance. AV & Conference Room Support: Assist with Audio/Visual setups, conference room technology, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). 2nd-Level Support & Operations: Perform 2nd-level help desk troubleshooting, conduct individual user coaching/training, and execute system testing. Process & Security Maintenance: Implement data security standards, safeguard IT operations, and document existing and updated IT operational workflows. Service Level Management: Help develop and maintain necessary service levels to meet business and site operational requirements.
