Job description

It Service Coordinator

The IT Service Coordinator provides coordination and collaboration support for requested and required IT support services. This position is highly publicly visible involving face-to-face interaction with end users, the customer and IT staff. The IT Service Coordinator is a prominent role that is essential to the successful management and facilitation of IT support and service requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, monitoring, organizing, maintaining, updating and assigning work orders/service ticket requests with ServiceNow or comparable work order system.
  • Creating and managing user accounts with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Serving as tier-1 support by assisting users with requests that do not require a higher level of technical hands-on support.
  • Providing trend analysis reporting by tracking reported issues and observing related trends and reporting findings to management and team.
  • Communicating with third-party product/vendor support personnel.
  • Other related duties as assigned and required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Associate Degree or higher in IT-related field preferred or comparable work experience
  • 3+ years proven work experience in IT-related service and support
  • 2+ years working experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • 2+ years working experience with ServiceNow or comparable work order system

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $62180 - $99489 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
