Job Description

As an IT Manager of Enterprise Applications, you would be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the IFS ERP system. This role ensures that our CLOUD-based best of breed ERP solutions (IFS, UKG) align with business goals, support operational efficiency, and enable digital transformation across the organization. In addition, this role provides technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level.

What would you be doing?

  • Align ERP systems architecture with organizational goals and oversee full lifecycle (operations, development, maintenance).
  • Lead enterprise data strategy, including MDM and BI, to drive data literacy and decision-making.
  • Manage Enterprise and Business Analyst teams, ensuring solutions, requirements, and KPIs align with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT PMO and ERP administration, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure security, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement through best practices, upgrades, and industry awareness.

Qualifications
  • Relevant education in IT, with ERP management experience (5+ years), process redesign expertise, and familiarity with tools like UKG UltiPro and ITIL (asset).
  • Strong ERP expertise across core modules, relational databases (Oracle), reporting, and full software development lifecycles.
  • Broad technical knowledge of emerging IT trends, structured methodologies, and business process design/improvement.
  • Proven leadership, management, and stakeholder engagement skills in complex, multi-project environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project management capabilities.
