Job Description Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to establish process and procedures for consistency along with ensuring successful delivery of services and projects within the organization. Takes direction from management and senior staff. Responsible for participating in gathering, analyzing requirements, and implementing complex projects driven by both IT and the business. Ensures Integer internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor account management
  • Procurement responsibilities
  • Cultivates internal networks to facilitate completion of tasks
  • Develops a basic understanding of supported functional areas
  • Estimates work and gathers requirements for a wide range of projects
  • Drives deliverables for assigned projects including but not limited to expansions and acquisitions
  • Develops and manages schedules for deployments, upgrades, refreshes, renewals, licensing, etc.
  • Supports upgrades to technology and verifies compatibility of existing applications
  • Troubleshoots routine issues and resolves incidents in a timely manner
  • Communicates clearly and works with functional team members
  • Provides feedback on approaches and decisions
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, and key systems users
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 0-2 years' experience.

Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
