Responsibilities:
  • - Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project delivery and ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years managing medium and large-scale complex projects or programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
