  • Provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure
  • Ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
  • Facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders
  • Track and report project performance against milestones and deliverables
  • Drive issue resolution and change control processes
  • Provide leadership to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of technology initiatives
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT project management within enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing technical initiatives such as infrastructure, endpoint services, and software deployment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet defined objectives
  • Ability to obtain/hold U.S. government security clearance
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred but not required
