Overview
We are seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing technology team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, software deployments, security initiatives, and technology modernization projects.
The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing hands-on user support with project-based work focused on improving endpoint management, automation, security, and the overall employee technology experience.
Key Responsibilities
End User Support
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues
  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets
  • Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user communication

Endpoint Management
  • Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions
  • Manage device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities
  • Configure, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints
  • Assist with endpoint standardization initiatives
  • Support endpoint security and compliance efforts

Software Deployment & Modernization
  • Package and deploy applications
