Job Overview: Unigen is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise systems and digital transformation across global hardware manufacturing operations. A key focus of this role will be driving the adoption and optimization of the Atlassian suite—particularly Jira and Confluence—to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and scale operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
  • Deliver large-scale system implementations and integrations aligned with business and platform roadmaps
  1. Atlassian Suite Implementation & Adoption
  • Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teams
  • Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support scalable delivery practices
  • Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicable
  • Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usage
  • Continuously optimize Atlassian configurations, automations, and integrations to improve efficiency and visibility

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT teams globally

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an enterprise environment

  • Experience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps, identity platforms)
