Overview


Client First Technologies (CFT) is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Project Analyst to provide support for our government customer. The ITAM Project Analyst will work alongside the ITAM Program Manager to support analysis, planning, implementation, and optimization of complex enterprise ITAM program initiatives. This role focuses on process, business and data analysis, project tracking and coordination, and other general project support tasks aimed at ensuring accurate lifecycle management of hardware, software, and digital assets.


This is a full-time, remote position with the possibility of occasional on-site meetings in Washington, D.C.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements:
  • Support ITAM projects including asset inventory, lifecycle updates, tool enhancements, and compliance initiatives
  • Analyze business processes and asset data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Support process improvements and standardization across ITAM workflows
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadership
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and lifecycle processes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of project or business analyst experience
  • Experience in data and functional analysis, performance evaluation, strategic planning, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining knowledge management resources (e.g., documentation on SharePoint)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with software licensing models and hardware asset lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with ITAM/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and discovery tools
  • Experience delivering business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards and reports


Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required


Required Clearances and Screenings

  • Must be able to successfully satisfy a Tier 2/Moderate Risk government background investigation
