Job Description

  • As a member of the IT Site Services and Solutions (ITSS) team you will be responsible for ensuring Infrastructure projects are successfully transitioned into client existing ITSS operating model.
  • The candidate will be managing several high visibility projects owning everything related to Project Management, Planning, Execution, Communications Management as well as Risk and Issue Management.
  • The candidate will possess strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the shaping, planning and execution of the ITSS team’s major infrastructure projects
  • Ensure actions are according to architecture and standards delivery
  • Manage project scope, budget, risk and change control, escalating issues as necessary
  • Co-ordinate the execution of the communication plan and participate in the decision making where appropriate
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Partner with Mergers and Acquisition team members and drive any related projects
  • Vendor management for projects in scope
  • Collaborate with all infrastructure towers to ensure appropriate direction

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years IT Program / Project Management or Project Execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or similar field of study / work experience
  • Extensive experience managing IT projects / programs
  • Ability to manage in a complex environment
  • Proven history demonstrating subject matter expertise in IT infrastructure including
  • Network, Data Centre, Telephony technologies (Technical expertise desired)
  • Cloud compute & storage (e.g. Azure, Oracle, AWS)
  • Infrastructure solution design
  • Experience in execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, leading outsourced delivery teams
  • Excellent Communication Skills spanning several levels of leadership
  • Planview experience
  • IT Project Management
  • IT Project Management Tools (MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow or Equivalent)
