Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a community engagement strategy that supports a growing user base and expanding global audience for learning solutions.
  • Manage the educator community in close collaboration with social, marketing, and product development teams, serving as a champion for educators and parents around the world.
  • Drive adoption of educational technology solutions through coordinating strategic community activations, such as trainings and events.
  • Lead the Ambassador program to identify and collaborate with community leaders for regional leadership and representation, insights, and innovation.
  • Regularly communicate and create reports that surface listening updates, learnings, and data around key beats while highlighting opportunities for product and marketing teams.
  • Advocate as the voice of the educator in product strategy, feature development, and learning experiences by providing input and community feedback to the product development team.

Must-Have Qualifications
