    We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for owning and managing the firm's entire technology ecosystem, including infrastructure, systems, security, and software platforms.


    You will oversee all IT-related operations while leading the implementation, integration, and optimization of systems across the organization. This includes managing vendors, evaluating tools, improving workflows, and ensuring our technology environment is secure, scalable, and efficient.


    This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with our existing IT support function while elevating and driving the broader IT strategy and execution across the firm.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and deploy new IT systems, software, and services, ensuring they meet the firm's needs and objectives.
    • Manage tickets and work through hardware and software issues, ensuring the business continues to operate without interruption.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of all technology systems to ensure reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Make informed recommendations to improve infrastructure and overall system performance.
    • Define and own the firm's IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes, aligning them with business goals and industry best practices.
    • Own and manage the firm's software ecosystem, including evaluating, selecting, implementing, and consolidating tools across departments.
    • Manage all IT vendors, software licenses, and contracts, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and proper utilization.
    • Lead implementation of new systems and tools across the organization, ensuring they are fully configured, adopted, and functioning correctly.
    • Design and enforce security protocols, including password management, access controls, and system permissions across all platforms.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop tailored technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
    • Oversee IT operations and internal ticketing, supporting and improving response times, workflows, and service quality.
    • Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and systems-related issues, escalating and resolving when necessary.
    • Standardize and manage hardware, device setup, onboarding/offboarding processes, and overall system configurations across the firm.
    • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and systems, and implement improvements or automation where appropriate.
    • Lead IT-related projects from planning through full execution, ensuring no partial implementations and strong follow-through to completion.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems, or infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of managing projects and implementing systems across an organization.
    • Experience managing company-wide IT environments, including hardware, software, and systems infrastructure.
    • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, cloud-based tools, and business software platforms.
    • Experience evaluating and implementing software solutions and managing vendor relationships.
    • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and drive projects through to completion.
    • Strong attention to detail, particularly in system configuration, permissions, and data accuracy.
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced environment.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
    • Experience with platforms such as QuickBooks, Box, or practice management systems.
    • Experience with workflow automation tools or system integrations.
    • Experience leading software migrations or system consolidation efforts.


    Compensation, Benefits & Perks

    • $75,000 - $115,000 based on experience
    • Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays
