Job Description:
General Duties:
  • Oversee data collection, master data and databases.
  • Create models for new data warehouse development and/or changes to existing data stores.
  • Design and manage data warehouse development and any future improvement and growth projects.
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current data systems and leverage solutions to ensure data standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve data system and/or data warehouse access and performance issues.
  • Oversee and enforce Data Governance policies.

Skills required:
  • Working technical experience with strategically designing and implementing data warehouses, data marts and data stores.
  • Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles and practices.
  • Effective written and oral communications in order to establish and maintain good rapport with business and agency staff for effective and timely problem identification and resolution of problems.

Knowledge and ability to utilize the current version of the following products:
  • Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • .Net (Visual Basic, C#), Java or other modern development languages
  • SQL Database
  • Azure DevOps
